We started our journey as a traditional brick manufacturer in 1970s when there was minimal machinery involved in brick-making. We made hand crafted products through the best-suited materials from the earth, water, and fire.
We envisioned the urban and modern design back in the 90’s and started manufacturing machine-made bricks which are ideal to be left exposed and do not require plaster or paint. We used specialised machinery to produce high-quality products under the name of Jindal Mechno Bricks Pvt Ltd.
In our family business, the experience and expertise of brick making has passed on to generations. Ever since our inception, we have been striving to meet unique needs of architects, builders, and homebuyers. We keep pushing our boundaries of the scope of customisation to offer avant-garde solutions for the modern-day lifestyle.
We’ve expanded as Jindal Ceramica where we use the new age machinery with gas fired shuttle kilns and a tunnel kiln. We make customisable & superior quality products through the process of Extrusion. ‘Extrusion’ is a process where the raw material is pushed through a dye and a slab extrudes out. Sections of the desired length are then cut off with wires.
The R&D facilities, specialised machinery, and automation make Jindal Ceramica one-of-a-kind production unit in India. We have come a long way from handmade bricks to adopting robotic material handling for production. The advancement of technology and machines let us deliver high-quality products for the Indian market.
Moreover, our automated processes for material handling make us efficient enough to use locally available raw materials and energy to produce green & sustainable products.
Jindal Ceramica is all about taking the earthy aesthetic of the clay tiles to the next level with a design that aligns with modern-day needs.
Our products are 100% natural and come from a strict selection of clays which are then fired under high temperatures to yield ceramic products with a unique texture.
For the walls, we produce Resource Efficient Bricks (REBs), also known as Multihole Bricks, Hollow Blocks or Porotherm Bricks ,Breeze blocks ( jali). For the façade, we make Cladding Tiles.
In addition, we produce Floor Tiles & Step Tiles. Our manufactured products are incredibly versatile, even when used with an artistic touch to enhance the appeal of your home.
In addition to the urban designs in tiles, we owe our aesthetic evolution to the Mediterranean influence without steering clear from our traditional authenticity. We put in everything we have learned to manufacture the pavings and tilings that merge elegantly with the modern developments to boost the warmth and aestheticism of any space.
